# Auto-compounding

Raga Finance’s **Auto-compounding Vaults** maximise the returns earned by Raga users in a safe and efficient way. Raga earns compound interest on user assets by reinvesting the returns generated in DeFi strategies at regular intervals. As a user, you earn more with minimal effort.

### **How It Works**

Users deposit assets (e.g., ETH, ETH derivatives, BTC, USDC, WBERA, etc) into a dedicated vault on Raga Finance. Each vault has a predetermined investment strategy through which it allocates the capital to DeFi protocols. Raga then compounds the returns on the strategy by claiming and reinvesting the earnings at regular intervals

### **User Benefits**

* **Maximise returns:** Raga earns compound interest by reinvesting the earnings
* **Minimise costs:** The Costs of harvesting returns and reinvesting are amortised over all the users, reducing the cost per user
* **Save time and effort**: Users can deposit in the strategies for the long term and keep earning returns without the need for active management

### **Supported Networks**

Raga Finance auto-compounding vaults are live on Berachain. You can access them [here](https://app.raga.finance/)

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.raga.finance/strategies/auto-compounding.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
